 Shipping Information
We are located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. We usually ship orders within 2-3 business days.
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. British Columbia and Newfoundland are 7 days; Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec are 1 to 3 days. The Maritimes and Prairie provinces are 4 to 6 days. Orders to Nunavut, The Northwest Territories and the Yukon may take up to 16 days.
Orders to the United States (the lower 48 states only) are shipped by Fedex Ground and arrive within 7 business days. For example, Washington, California and Oregon are 7 days, Florida is 6 days, New York state & Indiana are 4 days. Orders for Alaska are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and take 14-16 days.
Orders are usually processed and shipped 24 to 48 hours after they are received. Orders within Canada are shipped and delivered by the " Canadian Postal System " (CPS). CPS shipping time ranges between 3 - 4 business days ( Express ) and 7 -10 business days ( Standard ) within Canada and U.S. Check out our delivery rates and Shipping rates.
Due to shipping restrictions, not all products that are available can be delivered to overseas or international destinations. Large and heavy items are the most notable exceptions.
